Q) Do you feel like hip hop music is good for exercise, training etc?
A) Absolutely, Hip hop promotes an adrenaline rush. It helps me to zone out and feel the vibe.

Q) Tell us a bit of info about Trish, where you’re from etc.
A) I’m from Winston Salem. I always loved to dance. I won 1st place as a 10-year-old in summer camp. That’s when recognized that I had a love for performing. When I won best dancer of West Forsyth high school I was ready to pursue a career in dancing. I went to UNCG with the dance major. But then I changed careers and came back to dancing at the age of 40.

Q) Any advice you’d like to give to young ladies trying to get their bodies and health in order?
A) The first step to get your health in order is recognizing what you want to change and making goals daily in order to obtain the body you want. Drink plenty of water. Find a meal plan that works for you.
